Mobility | How To Have The Best Squat Position EVER!

PAUSE

Pauses in the bottom position are one of the best ways of increasing your squat mobility. Don't aim for max weight here, 40%-60% of your squat is more than enough. Pause for 8+ seconds for the best results.

FOCUS

Focus on pushing your knees forward, retracting your shoulder blades and keeping your chest up.

Try it in lifting shoes first or heals risen, then progress onto a flatter surface via shoes or just wearing your socks.
